Oh shit, it's an entry - get in the car!

Nothing much has happened over the last few days. Today however, I learnt three new things:

I learnt that I have a build-up of fluid behind my left eardrum, so now I have to take a nasal spray in the hope that it'll help drain some of it. It'd better, because this spray is horrible.

I went to my introduction-to-therapy, where I learnt that I'll be starting Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in two weeks time. Not that I have any idea what will actually happen, but that's life.

There is a company that makes yogurt that is called NOM Dairy.

	Bummer about the fluid. Is it something that will drain quickly?? I hate nasal sprays! I hate water up my nose :( i've learned a little about CBT, my psychol has used it with me in the past & it's been helpful. hugs (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Apparently it's going to take at least ten days before the spray starts working at all, and then I have to keep using it for 2 more weeks at full dose, and then at half dose until I run out of the stuff. And even then it might not work! Oh joy. At this point, I'm willing to try anything, tbh. (Reply to this) (Thread from start) (Parent)
