I can't say I understand this (unless I'm lying).

I was going to go to Lush on Thursday (when I get money), but I ran out of shampoo at the weekend and really need to wash my hair, so I went in today. I knew what I wanted, and I only had enough money to get that one thing.

So how did I end up spending 20 minutes in there?

(And why does it keep on happening? I do this every time!)

(Also, I ended up with a free bar of leftover Christmas soap that they're trying to get rid of. Soap was one of those things I was going to get on Thursday. Guess I don't need to now.)
